How does it work?

 

  1.  Dual weigh operation insures accurate batch weighments. The weigh hopper/feeder is empty - Feeder A delivers the set weigh based

      upon the gain-in-weight principle. The batch is held until needed upon a permissive. The material is discharged from the weigh hopper

      based upon the loss-in-weight principle.

 

  2.  The second weighment provides an additional opportunity to make sure the correct weight was delivered to the process. It also 

       provides for a staged batch to be available when needed.

 

  3.  Track and trace: How much was weighed into the weigh hopper/feeder and how much was weighed out to the process.
